We have specialised in antique and restoration paint for over 50 years. We have the factory paint chips and mix factory colors going back into the 1920's. Back the then all you had was lacquer or enamel paint. We still mix lacquer paint for all of those restoration jobs. As well as the newer formulated offset colors allowing us to mix the older pant colors in the newer urethane paints. For those who do not have color codes off the vehicle or the color has been changed by someone. We have a computer system called PPG's Color Prophet. This is a color computer that helps us optically scan a car and come up with a "blendable match". Remember, with today's complex colors out there (if you click through our section on color variations in the How To area) you will see that most colors will need to be blended and not just panel painted.
